Refund policy

All limited edition and preorder items are final sale and non-refundable. Each piece is made to order, and because of the exclusive nature of these items, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@brownbunnioffical.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review your request and work to make it right.

Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided.
